Once your order at Jorden duck has been confirmed, our typical operating procedure is to process it within 24 hours. In order for our team to reach you, we politely request that you are available at the given phone number.

Before shipping, COD orders are contacted by phone or email for confirmation. Clearance sales and other promotion orders, however, may be processed without telephonic verification in the case of repeat orders.

The item(s) on your purchase may be dispatched in part or not at all if they are deemed unfit for dispatch owing to quality control issues or for any other reason. If a package is delayed for any reason, you will be notified by phone or email.

Note: Every effort has been taken to ensure that the colors of our products that show on the website are represented as precisely as possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will correctly represent the color of the product when it is delivered because the actual colors you see will depend on the resolution of your screen.

Note: We strongly advise having your orders delivered to your home address to prevent dangerous deliveries. In the event that an order is delivered to a self-pickup location, such as a courier office, Jorden duck will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the order.
